Carrie Underwood has inspired a new character on Sesame Street named "Carrie Underworm," depicted as an orange worm with long, blond hair and a wireless microphone. Carrie recorded a short song, "The Worm Anthem," specifically for the show. The worm’s scene with "Oscar The Grouch" will be introduced by NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon in an episode scheduled to air on PBS on Thursday, as well as March 17th, April 8th and April 26th.
