After the Tuesday episode of Dancing With the Stars last week, Julianne Hough was rushed to the hospital with stomach pains. She initially brushed off the incident and insisted that she was fine, but through dance practices for this week’s show, Julianne was plagued by continuing troubles. After a lively performance with dance partner Cody Linley on last night’s show, she announced that she had been diagnosed with Endometriosis, and that she was going to be having surgery to remove her appendix. Professional dancer Edyta Sliwinska will step in to dance with Cody until Julianne’s return.

Brooks & Dunn have a new double-release coming out. Called Brooks & Dunn iTunes Originals, fans will find one audio and one video version. Both are packed with hits, interview segments, and exclusive live performances filmed on Ronnie Dunn’s property in Nashville. Each version features 11 songs and exclusive commentary from the Kix and Ronnie around six live, full-band performances, among them the award-winning “Believe,” “My Maria,” and “Lost and Found,” as well as an intimate, round-the-campfire rendition of the #1 smash, “Red Dirt Road.” The video version marks only the second iTunes Originals video release and the first ever done for a Country artist.

Keith Urban’s tradition continues. Ever since 2003, Keith Urban’s Monkeyville fan club has been raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by selling a calendar created by fans with photos taken by members of the fan club. The 2009 calendars are $15 on Keith’s website, available mid November.

And finally, if it’s a slow Tuesday, here’s another way to kill a little time when the boss isn’t watching. Play dress up dolls with Sugarland. It’s cute.
