Video has emerged of the Paso Robles incident when Tim McGraw kicked a fan out of his show. Check it out here. Tim’s name also comes up in relation to a book coming out from Bluegrass player Ralph Stanley. In the memoir The Man of Constant Sorrow, Ralph reportedly alleges that Tim McGraw was disrespectful to him. The incident happened in 2002, when both were up for Grammy Awards, which Stanley won for Best Male Country Performance. The autobiography is due out this fall.

The Dolly Parton written Broadway musical, "9 To 5," is closing on September 6th, but will be going on the road for a national tour. Kellie Pickler and the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition crew surprised the Terpenning family yesterday at their home in Beavercreek, OH. As the celebrity volunteer, she’ll help with the demolition, building process and later this week, Kellie will perform at the family’s final and emotional reveal.
And finally, on the heels of this week’s news that Gretchen Wilson parted ways with Sony Records, she has announced that she will be starting her own label, Redneck Records. A new single is expected to arrive at The Country Station sometime in September, and the new album I Got Your Country Right Here will be out in November.
