Well wishes to James Otto. He underwent shoulder surgery yesterday to repair a torn rotator cuff and remove the bone spurs causing it. James says he won’t be canceling any shows but will be in a sling for a while and will have to undergo six weeks of physical therapy. He says the New Year has lots of big things already planned for his career so he needs to have “full strength to accomplish them all.”

Keith Urban has announced his 58-city North American tour. The southwestern date is May 31st in Phoenix. Keith’s yet-to-be-titled new album will be in stores on March 31st and look for a video for “Sweet Thing” to be released soon.

Zac Brown of the Zac Brown Band has announced that he and his wife Shelly are expecting their third child. No wonder Zac’s wish for the new year is a family bus. Lady Antebellum joins fellow guest Howie Mandel on Thursday's Late Night With Conan O'Brien. Rascal Flatts is making a huge announcement on tomorrow night’s People's Choice Awards regarding their upcoming album. You’ll read it hear as soon as we hear the news. And finally, look for Jessica Simpson’s recipes in the Dallas Cowboys 2008 Family Cookbook. She was asked to provide Tony Romo’s favorite family recipes. She chose his Banana Breakfast Smoothies and his No-fat broccoli and cherry tomatoes for entry into the cookbook.
