Clint and Dennis Live to Fight Another Day

Two partied, two overslept, yet they only fired one. And Clint Black brought the cash out of country music on last night's Celebrity Apprentice. The task was to set up shop and sell wedding dresses for charity. Led by Brande Roderick, the women excelled once again. In the end, the ladies sold only one more dress than the men, yet they brought in over $100,000 to the men’s roughly $60k. Team Athena stayed in tact, and the KOTU men were destined to lose another member. Clint and Hershel Walker brought in the lion’s share of the donations, so they and the rest of the team were out of the hot seat. The focus of the boardroom was on the actions of Project Manager Tom Green and Dennis Rodman. Both men were depicted to have gone for cocktails the night before the task sale, and neither showed up for work in the morning. Tom eventually made it to the store but failed to take charge of his team or the presentation of the store. Dennis never showed up for work. The Donald held both men to task for their actions, but in the spirit of continuity for the show he could only fire one of them. Failed Project Managers take the fall, so Tom was fired. Dennis got his hand slapped on the way out of the boardroom. Next week’s episode promises the Dennis Rodman meltdown aimed at Clint. Will it be enough to fire Dennis?

Taylor Swift stayed to hang out in Australia for an additional couple of days, but she wasn’t just vacationing, she was helping to raise money for the Australian Brush Fire Victims. Taylor had been on a 10-day trip for a series of sold-out concerts, but she was asked to stay and be a part of the largest paid concert event in Australian history. Taylor will be back in the States in enough time to play to a sold-out crowd of close to 70,000 at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on Friday, and then kick off her Fearless Tour in Indiana on the 23rd. Trace Adkins will sing "Til the Last Shot's Fired" with the West Point Glee Club during the ACM Awards on April 5. The performance is in support of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), which is the charity selected by the ACM's charitable fund. The song appears on Trace’s X album. Profits from the iTunes downloads will benefit the WWP. Trace said, "It's a privilege to perform this song with such a distinguished choir for the great servicemen and women in whose honor it was written. We should always let our military know how much we appreciate them putting their lives on the line for us every day. The WWP provides an incredible service to those wounded in combat, so it's an honor to donate proceeds of the performance downloads to support this important and worthy charity."
