Tim McGraw and his band, the Dancehall Doctors, will be performing a special show today for troops and their families at Fort Sam Houston Army post in San Antonio, Texas. Organizers say they are expecting a crowd of 25,000 to attend. "We can only begin to sympathize the immense sacrifice the soldiers and their families make on a daily basis, McGraw said. "We hope our show gives them a brief interlude of their duties and time to enjoy themselves for a little while."

Twenty-five artists are going to be part of a live performance game that allows players to sing over 30 country songs. SingStar Country will be released October 28th for Playstation 2. Some of the songs included in SingStar are Alan Jackson's "Good Time," Big & Rich's "Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)," Brad Paisley's "Online," Keith Urban's "Days Go By," and Rascal Flatts' "Bless the Broken Road."
