Brantley Gilbert’s name has been put through the ringer! An Indiana native, Thomas Michael Barth, has been charged with two
counts of theft after posing as Brantley. According to the Warsaw Police
Department, over the course of three months the man emailed and texted multiple
businesses and ordered over $8,000 worth of personalized products and clothing.
The man also used Brantley’s name to order a computer along with an estimated $4,000 of music equipment. A report from police states that
Brantley and his manager had reported complaints numerous times about the guy
and ordered him to stop. The man turned himself in after being interviewed by
police.
