Just in case you ever thought that Taylor Swift’s career is struggling, she has been nominated for one more award – induction into the International Bowling Museum Hall of Fame. This is a non-profit organization that promotes bowling. The nominees include other celebs who have been spotted bowling, thus promoting the sport. Taylor is up against Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and Bill Murray, among others. Check out this website to cast your vote before August 7th. Once you vote, you will get a free game of bowling on August 7th, the day that three-thousand bowling centers across the U.S. will join forces to set a new world record for the most bowling games played in a 24-hour period. It works at our bowling center in Las Cruces, so why not?
And finally, this is a cute example of how you get famous. A 4-year old in Murfeesboro, TN, was filmed while performing to Brad Paisley’s “Water.” The video was brought to Brad’s attention, and after watching it, he tweeted, “A perfect performance. Complete control of the room, commands our attention. Excellent. I gotta meet him!” His praise didn’t end there as he shared the link again to his Twitter followers and said, “Oh and that’s a fantastic tie, too.” Let’s hope the meeting works out for little Victor. Here’s his clip.
