Yesterday, Sara Evans’ day in court resulted in a Franklin, Tennessee judge issuing a temporary injunction against Sara's former husband to prevent him from making public statements about her and their 2007 divorce. Sara had requested a temporary restraining order last month against Craig Schelske, who is allegedly speaking out on personal matters while actively promoting passage of a bill in the Tennessee Legislature that would establish equal parenting time as the default custody arrangement in divorce cases. ….. Justin Moore has been reunited with a guitar which was stolen on stage during one of his recent concerts. The guy who took the guitar responded to an internet post on the matter and arranged to return the guitar. Justin tweeted, “I want to thank the guy who took it for owning up and doing the right thing.” The guy stuck a letter in the guitar case apologizing to Justin for what he had done and admitted it was a “drunken” mistake. …. Nashville's Fontanel Mansion, former home of Barbara Mandrell and recently used as a set for CMT’s Gone Country, will reopen as a tourist destination June 1st. The surrounding 136 acres will include a 140-seat restaurant, museum, a 2,500-seat outdoor music venue and hiking/biking trails. ….. And finally, Brad Paisley closed out his American Saturday Night Tour last Thursday at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show by playing to over 70-thousand fans. Next up, The H2O World Tour.
