European Sweetener

Europe will be a little sweeter in March when Sugarland embarks on an overseas tour. Jennifer Nettles and Krisitian Bush will start with a tour of military installations in Italy, and then head to France, the Netherlands, Germany, England, Scotland and Ireland. Further diversifying their audience, Sugarland will play as previously announced at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on May 1st. Then it’s off to join Kenny Chesney for two stadium concerts in May and will also open for Keith Urban on select dates of his summer tour.

The American Idol Experience will be opening this week at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida. Carrie Underwood, Bucky Covington, Josh Gracin, David Cook, Jordin Sparks, and Taylor Hicks are among the 20 Idol alums expected to attend the premiere. The attraction will involve theme park guests in a singing competition for a chance to be first in line for auditions for FOX's hit TV show.

Sunday night at the Grammys, Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus sang Taylor’s tune “Fifteen” as a duet. Now Taylor is among other pop culture celebrities acting as a spokesperson for at15.com, a website aimed at 15 year olds. See it here.

And finally, ACM Nominations come out tomorrow morning. We’ll let you know who's goin' to Vegas!
