Say what? Jo Dee Messina is pregnant? Jo Dee and her year-long husband Chris Deffenbaugh just announced that she is 7 months along with a baby boy! The couple admits to wanting to have children, but they subscribed to the old adage, ‘when it happens, it happens.’ So when nature took its course, Jo Dee says, “We were both surprised at first. It’s such a lifestyle change. But then we’re like, ‘wow, we’re going to be parents!’” Having done a good job of keeping out of the spotlight up to this point, Jo Dee now tells the story. She says that she found out she was pregnant because the diet she was on wasn’t taking the weight off. And through it all, she’s maintained her fitness routine. As a matter of fact, she plans on running a 5-mile race on Thanksgiving Day! “I’ll be eight months pregnant and running,” laughs Joe Dee. .
